65amps UStream Web Show Hosted By Dan Boul: Weekly Gear Show Launched Online
Each Wednesday afternoon at 12:00 p.m. (Pacific), 65amps owner Dan Boul will be hosting "Lunch with Dan Boul of 65amps" -- a weekly online broadcast streamed live on the Internet via UStream.
During the show, Dan Boul, co-owner and president of boutique amplifier company 65amps, will demonstrate amps in the 65amps line, give tips and suggestions to viewers, and even answer questions posed by viewers in real-time using the UStream host chat feature. If you happen to be eating lunch at your desk while the show is "on air" you can call in and ask Boul your own burning questions about gear. If you miss the show, you can view the recorded show online any time.
In addition to demonstrating the wide range of amps in the 65amps line, Boul runs through a variety of other gear, hosts special guests, and give tips and suggestions to viewers during each show. Recent shows have covered vintage pedals, mics and amp miking techniques, how various guitars sound through the amps, and more.
Special industry and celebrity guests often make appearances on "Lunch with Dan Boul of 65amps." Some upcoming guests include Sheryl Crowe, guitarist and 65amps co-owner Peter Stroud, John Jennings from Royer Labs, Mark Goldenberg from Jackson Browne's band, Ward Hake from Glee and Sons of Anarchy, and many other studio players, producers, and engineers. Recent guests include Mar Loughman from BAE, and guitarist and composer (and Gearwire contributor) Steve Kirk.
"It’s really important to me to be able to interact directly with our customers and with people who are as in love with guitar and guitar amps as I am," said Boul. "This UStream show enables me to explore all aspects of playing and using the amps, plus a wide range of related topics. Players can see, hear and ask questions that I can answer immediately. It’s become an integral way for me to have a dialogue with players worldwide."
Watch recorded shows any time, or tune in to "Lunch with Dan Boul of 65amps" live every Wednesday at noon (Pacific time) at UStream.

It's nice to think about
It's nice to think about making this presentation on-line. There are a lot of musicians which want to see the newest products in branch, and they not have money or time to travel; and now, when almost everyone buy stuffs from on-line shops, selling those new amplifiers will be much easy and with small price, because your company don't need to spend a lot for advertising.
