Have you listened to any of the tracks he's had pressed off Kompute? Livewire's a great producer, and has played with acts spanning from Le Castle Vania to Alexander Robotnik.

Exactly!

That electro 80s revival is ...ok. cool production, needs more fine tuning on the engineering side. He worked on 'Latest'? You cant say hes great until he gets his name out there. I never used a computer, engineered or produced until last jan 06. I was locked up for almost nine years in cali prisons. But now i can run sessions on Nuendo 3.2 with my eyes closed and i knock down tracks in Reason faster than you fart. I think Abelton is ayt, i got Live six but it holds you back on creativity. You rely on loops and time stretching to much. You need to pop that metronome on and slap your keys while you bobbin ya head. He did that but it sounded garbage! hahahaha!!! Oh when you say cap, im just tryin to be nice and not cuss. Im a gangsta for real. I just say whats on my mind and that tutorial sucks!!!! Listen to my production on myspace. (youngpicmusic) I got some fire in the lab right now too. droppin some automation on some rhodes and that WESTCOST bassline!! Holla!

hELLO kAPUTA mOOZIC nERDS,

I agree with Young Pic - Livewire's sample video SUCKS. Sorry Livewire, if you're reading this, but, that demonstration really isn't up to a standard of tutoring anybody in Ableton [pronounced AY-BL-TON].

Not really into your Music YoungPics, just not my sound. However, I take my hat off to you for getting into music after spending time in Prison - It can only be a good thing so I wish you all the best.

I'm off to find some proper tutorials on Ableton. If you have any decent links - far better than this - please post below.

Good luck to you all and try make summat a little different.

Word.

well

it's not so much a tutorial as it was a visit with an artist to figure out how they are working with technology.
