Access Music announces the Virus TI Snow, a tabletop synthesizer based off their award-winning Virus TI series. It is the most compact TI series synth yet, and that should translate to being the least expensive as well.

The TI Snow is compatible with all TI series patches, and it can play back a max of 50 voices with 4 multi-timbral parts. Four different types of oscillators [virtual analog, hypersaw, wavetable, and graintable] are included with the tabletop synth, and the filter section spotlights a Moog cascade filter emulation with 1-4 poles and self-oscillation.

The FX system is packed with reverb, delay, EQ, distortion, lo-fi effects, bass boost, phaser, and chorus/flanger. All effects can be used in multi-mode, and used simultaneously for a wide range of permutations of tone.

There are 16 patch select buttons which offer easy access to edit menus and navigation. In "Easy Edit Mode," fast and dramatic changes adapt as the underlying sound patch is analyzed. Switch the Virus TI Snow to "Expert Edit Mode"

MIDI inputs and outputs also join a pair of stereo inputs and outputs for flexible routing options, and USB "Total Integration" completely sweetens the deal, adding a link to another three stereo outputs into the Virus Control, Access' VST/AU/RTAS compatible plug-in.

The Virus TI Snow also comes with a free messenger bag that fits the Snow, its power supply, and additional cables.
