Acon Digital Media announces LoopWorx, a mixing and recording software geared towards beginners looking to delve into computer recording. LoopWorx features eight tracks, numerous audio effects, quality time stretching capabilities and about 1,000 loops already included.

LoopWorx is available in three editions, each catered towards a specific genre. Hip Hop, Rock and Dance are all represented, and the 1,000 loops are all genre-specific.

LoopWorx also adds an unlimited amount of undo and redo levels. Time stretching is automatic and a drum computer is even included. Finally, loop browser allows drag and drop loop addition.

In terms of tools and effects, LoopWorx allows mastering and track effects with real-time preview capabilities on all effects. A preset manager also saves time by storing your favorite presets. These effects are included:
