March 13, 2009
Aegis Sonix

Before Michael J. Fox traveled through time in Back To The Future, there was the Aegis Sonix, a software synth that put the wheels on the bandwagon for analog modeling well in advance. Patrick McCarthy, one half of circuit-bent duo Roth Mobot, takes us back to 1984 to show us that to get experimental, sometimes embracing the future isn't enough.
