Aguilar Amplification Tone Hammer 500 Super Light Amplifier Intro'd
What's new from Aguilar Amplification? the Tone Hammer 500 Super Light Amplifier -- a powerful yet lightweight bass amp featuring a high power output and compact size. Weighing just four pounds and small enough to fit into the accessory pouch of most gig bags, the Tone Hammer 500 is portable and versatile.
Not to be confused with the sample library maker of a similar name, the Tone Hammer 500 is a streamlined bass amp ideal for musicians on the go. The unit sports the company's signature Aguilar sound, which is produced by the Tone Hammer preamp, the same preamp used in the Tone Hammer D.I. / preamp pedal for bass players. In addition, the new amp offers bass, treble, and fully sweepable midrange controls, along with a Drive control that uses Aguilar’s proprietary AGS circuit to add subtle distortion and EQ to the sound for extra punch.
