Alto Professional MixPack Portable PA Systems Pack In The Features

February 02, 2011
Alto Professional announced new MixPack portable PA systems: MixPack Express, MixPack, and MixPack Pro.

All-in-one sound reinforcement systems have been launched by Alto Professional for the MixPack line of portable PAs, which includes the MixPack Express, MixPack, and MixPack Pro.

MixPack series systems feature a special design that makes both transport and setup quick and easy. Speakers attach and detach easily from a central powered mixing chassis, providing quick loading, setup and striking. According to Alto Professional, the MixPack line is perfect for those looking for a no-hassle portable PA system. You can connect microphones, instruments, MP3 players, or even computers to the units to provide full sound for music performances, gallery exhibitions, multimedia presentations, or company parties. The new MixPack line offers three choices: MixPack Express, MixPack, and MixPack Pro.

The MixPack Express (shown at bottom) is the most affordable option in the MixPack series, providing 350W speaker amplification of up to 6 channels of audio. Ideal for coffee houses or smaller band performances, the MixPack Express is a convenient, simple PA system.

MixPack Express features:

  • Portable powered PA system
  • Two 10" speakers with 350W continuous power
  • Mixer with digital effects, 7-band graphical EQ and XLR, Line and RCA inputs
  • Lightweight, one-piece design for convenient transport
  • Microphone and speaker cables included

The MixPack provides powerful, full sound with 600W of amplification to a three-way speaker system, including a 12-inch subwoofer for low-frequency reproduction. This system sports accurate, powerful speakers and is ideal for musicians needing great on-stage sound.

MixPack features:

  • Portable 3-way powered PA system
  • 12" Subwoofer and two 2x 6.5" speakers with 600W continuous rated power
  • 8-Channel Mixer with digital effects, 7-band graphical EQ and XLR, Line and RCA inputs
  • Lightweight, one-piece design for convenient transport
  • Microphone and speaker cables included

Lastly, the MixPack Pro offers the most power. With up to 10 inputs, a 15-inch sub-woofer, and 1,000W of power, the 3-way speaker system delivers deep, rich lows from the subwoofer, along with smooth mid-range and wide-open highs.

MixPack Pro features:

  • Portable high-power PA system
  • Complete portable PA system with FX and EQ
  • 15" Subwoofer and two 2x 6.5" speakers with 1,000W continuous rated power
  • 10-Channel mixer
  • 24-Bit DSP with 256 total effects
  • 7-Band EQ built-in
  • Included speaker stands store conveniently within for transport

"Any MixPack PA takes the guess-work and hassle out of great live-sound," said Jonathan McCune, product manager of Alto Professional. "The convenience of the MixPack PA’s all-in-one portable design with three different power options ensures there is a solution for everyone."
