The Analog Man pedal amp is about the size of two DVD cases side-by-side, and it probably weighs about as much as a box of oatmeal cookies. When I checked out the amp I was immediately impressed; it sounded great and the idea of having an ultra-portable rig is very appealing. I’ve turned down many a gig because I didn’t want to schlep a heavy amp and this little thing easily fits into a gig-bag pouch. I anticipate that tube purists will scoff at the fact that this pedal amp is solid state, but so be it. At least the waiting list will be a little shorter.
