Antares Auto-Tune Vocal Studio: If This Doesn't Help, Nothing Will
So you say you've got an out-of pitch track souring your mix, and the awesome power of the Antares Auto-Tune Vocal Studio still can't correct it? Well, I've got bad news. YOU'RE A LIAR! Antares Auto-Tune Vocal Studio never met a pitch it couldn't correct!
Indeed, you'd be hard-pressed to find a situation where on e of the many correction and processing tools included with Antares Auto-Tune Vocal Studio couldn't apply. One box houses both the new Auto-Tune EVO plugin and the AVOX2 "Vocal ToolKit."
EVO is the newest incarnation of the "World's most popular plugin," with advanced pitch correction algorithms that "take advantage of today's computers." No one seems to care how the computers feel about this questionable relationship, but Auto-Tune did warrant the attention of no less than The New Yorker, which interviewed Auto-Tune inventor Andy Hildebrand in an article hilariously (subjective) titled "The Gerbil's Revenge." Kudos to the publication. Their cartoons are still not funny.
AVOX 2 is a collection of vocal processing plugins that basically act in the opposite direction from pitch correction -- if you think of pitch correction "added purity," that is (I do). A collection of harmony generators, vocal destroyers, modulators and dynamics processors are sure to present you with every type of vocal manipulation you'd ever need.
Antares Auto-Tune Vocal Studio will present a significant discount as compared with buying the products separately. The only downside is that you'll no longer have any excuse for unintended dissonance.
