The API 1608 builds on the 1604 model which has been in use for over three decades - pretty impressive in a time when the next big thing is usually only a short time away from the last big thing.

The API 1608 adds some new features (including more bussing capability) while keeping the classic sounds and design as the 1604 and the same standards as their Vision and Legacy mixing consoles. The API 1608 boasts:
