Apple Soundtrack Pro 2 Included In Logic Studio

Apple Soundtrack Pro 2

Included with the Apple Logic Studio package is Apple's Soundtrack Pro 2 which conforms to Logic Studio's new simplified designs for post-production editing. Like Logic Pro 8, Soundtrack Pro 2 allows users to manipulate everything from a single window interface including reordering, suspending, editing, or deleting any process within your multitrack project. For audio work over video, there is an integrated playback window on your GUI.

Audio editing just became faster with Soundtrack Pro 2's multichannel Waveform Editor. Waveform Editor allows you to select any clip from the multitrack Timeline and perform nondestructive or destructive edits and processing to the audio. Spectrum view gives you color coded waveforms and Fade Selector, rolling edits, and tape-style scrubbing make audio editing a less hair splitting process.

Soundtrack Pro 2 also is the perfect tool for dialog editing giving the user advanced take management, lift and stamp functions, and restoration capabilities. Now you can clean up the sound on your own home productions or seamlessly edit dialogs in case you have to censor the TV version of the next Die Hard movie.

Sound Design is also really accessible here, giving you the ability to start and sync up your audio to specific points in the video. At your disposal are many sound effect plugins and libraries.

When you've got everything all lined up, Soundtrack Pro 2 lets you create final mixes without having to use another program with 5.1 mixing, bussing, and routing. Cut. Print. Done. Finished.
