Arturia Analog Experience The Player: Controller Keyboard And Software Combo, Now Shipping

July 13, 2010
Arturia Analog Experience The Player, an integrated set of synth software and a dedicated controller keyboard, is now shipping.

It's here -- Arturia has officially released Analog Experience The Player, the latest addition to the Analog Experience Series, which already includes The Factory and The Laboratory.

Now shipping, Analog Experience The Player is a hardware / software combination offering a dedicated controller keyboard and a Native software application with ready-to-play sounds. The software features 1,000 classic Arturia synthesizer sounds made from the company’s software synthesizers, such as Minimoog V, Prophet V, ARP 2600 V, Jupiter 8V, and so forth.

The Player software has straightforward, simplified editing functions, plus tweaking access to only the most essential parameters. In addition to sound design, The Player software has a smart preset manager that helps you browse sounds without having to waste time scrolling through endless menus, according to Arturia.

Its dedicated keyboard controller has 25 full-sized, semi-weighted keys with Velocity response and comes in a thin aluminum and wooden case. The keyboard's new MIDI control center can set up MIDI integration with any external software or device, and the keyboard works also as a universal 25-key MIDI keyboard.

Inside the box, you'll get a hybrid synthesizer based on an advanced software / hardware combination:

  • New Analog Player comes included
  • 25 Universal MIDI keyboard with Velocity
  • Plug and play functionality: the hardware and software instantly recognize one another and offer perfect integration
  • Analog Player has 1,000 synthesizer sounds from Arturia's collection
  • Smart preset manager lets you fast filter the presets to your requirements, by instrument and by type
  • Easy to understand editing functions make only the key parameters accessible to modify the sounds
  • Full compatibility with major formats and hosts on Mac OS X and Windows XP / Vista / 7 (VST, AU, RTAS)
