Toft Audio ATB Console At AES With Malcolm Toft

October 10, 2007
Toft Audio ATB

Console designer Malcolm Toft talks about the Toft Audio ATB Console. For those of you unfamiliar with Malcolm, you've definitely heard his work as he was the mixing engineer for "Hey Jude" by the Beatles, David Bowie's "Space Oddity" album, and a lot more before getting into console design.

The ATB was Malcolm's response to people at trade shows who wanted to mix outside the box. After some research, Malcolm dove into creating a mixer of very high quality that meets people's wants and needs.
