SPEAKER: So what we have here is the Audix M1255, the newest of the Micro models. This was developed as an answer to a ceiling mic. The ceiling's a little high here so we've got it hanging, and the main difference between this and our other micro series is an extra 12 dB of gain, and 12 dB of gain as you audio guys will know is an awful lot of gain. So, 12-foot ceilings, you want to be able to pick this up as an area microphone, this is the guy to do it. You have a preamp but maybe doesn't have all the gain you'd like it to, this is the microphone to do it right here.
