There's always been a place for grass in music. Perhaps that was the inspiration behind the new Auralex Sustain series of diffusion panels. The sustain series are hewn from bamboo, technically a grass, and far more sustainable a natural resource than your average hardwood flora.

Henry French from Auralex gave us an overview and tour of the diffusion offerings in the Auralex Sustain series, including offset pyramids, wave focusing elements, and some reflective panels whose aesthetic can only be described as "modernist ski lodge."
