Behringer RSM Effects Pedals, Endorsed By No Less Than Jesse Bond
Jesse Bond, as I'm sure you know, is the tour guitarist for Kanye West, and as an avid endorser of Behringer Effects, Mr. Bond has added the new Behringer RV600 "Reverb Machine" to his tour pedal board.
The RV600 is one of 11 new pedals that make up Behringer's Real Sound Modeling line -- RSM for short. All RSM pedals feature 24-bit DSP "hardware, software and firmware." Is Behringer marketing effects pedals or PDAs?
Each of the RSM series pedals features:
- Rugged impact-resistant injection molded cases
- Sealed rotary controls
- Dual outputs for stereo or split-signal applications
- Ultra-bright On/Battery LED
- Battery or DC powered
The new line will include chorus, phase shifting, flanging, reverb, delay, echo, octave, dynamic formant EQ, acoustic modeling, rotary, harmonizing and synthesis modeling.
Grab these pedals while you can; supplies will be in no way limited! Assuming production started last week,. there's only 53,872 of each pedal available worldwide!

All I know is that anything
All I know is that anything 24-bit means that its more techno. It's true BT (Behringer endorser) told me so.
24-bit just means that its
24-bit just means that its high quality...what does "more techno" mean?
RSM is their clone of COSM
It's pretty obvious given Behringer's track record that RSM is simply what Behringer is calling the product of reverse-engineering Roland's COSM technology. Of course, all the music tech companies have their own acronym for digital modelling, so why not another one?
My oversight.
I can't believe I didn't pick up on the phrase "synthesis modeling" before. How is that not redundant?
