No synths were used to create this library; Whistler features whistles performed by Tarilonte and by real birds.

The Human Whistle section offers Short notes (2rr), Bend Up, Bend Down, Long Notes, Short Vibrato, and Vibrato controlled via Modwheel in long notes. Likewise, the Singing Bird section includes the warbles and sing song of a real singing bird multisampled with nine different articulations. Sweet Dreams is a collection of six whistle sound-designed patches meant to add "magical flavor" to your tracks, according to Best Service.
