Hollywoodwinds offers Cinesamples Intelligent Time Engine (CITE), the company's method of fast syncing. Using CITE, Kontakt will automatically recognize your sequencer's tempo, and play back your scales and textures in real-time. All patches using this engine have samples recorded at multiple tempos, and Kontakt will automatically choose the correct sample and micro-adjust it into place, for realistic-sounding playback.

The collection includes different mic placements (Stage Mic patches, Close Mics patches or your own customized patches), level automation, 3-band EQ presets, keyboard patches, a tutti patch (for the real orchestra experience), and notation view. When using Kontakt 3.5 or higher, Notation View comes into play and displays a conductor and piano reduction of the sample being triggered.
