BILL HOLLAND: Alright. So tell me about a little bit about the new stack -- the cabinets just released here.
PYOTR BELOV: Blackheart Engineering is a no-nonsense company that likes to bring high-quality boutique sound amplification down to a working man's price level.
The new product is the BH100, channel switching, all-tube circuitry. We hae two channels: Loud and F'N Loud. It's a bit -- it has two modes: class A and class AB. Each mode can be operated in a half -- full-power or half-power section. Tube-driven effects loop and a direct out. Quality built, sounds great at affordable pricing for the everyday musician.
BILL HOLLAND: Fantastic. Alright. Well we'll be back more on Gearwire.Com from Winter NAMM 2008. For now, I'm Bill Holland in Anaheim. We will see you later.

Crate does the service work
According to what I've heard, Crate (Loud Technologies) doesn't own Black Heart Engineering, BHE partnered with Crate (Loud Technologies) for their service center network and a tiny bit of name association marketing.
