The Blue Cat Audio Freeware Pack has undergone some significant changes as exemplified in this latest version. Providing a bunch of useful plugins for the computer audio recording fanatic on a shoestring budget, this collection provides useful tools that are adequate enough for completion of various recording projects. This latest version brings in several changes and fixes that would make usage of this free package convenient and more useful (don't they all do just that?).

Convenience has been given a lot of consideration for this plugin package as the new version of the Freeware Pack now comes in the form of a single installer file for Windows. It also now supports Blue Cat Audio Skinning Language 1.6.1 to provide a more customizable interface. Cubase users will have a relief in using these plugins as the bug that causes Cubase to freeze whenever a user loads a preset using a different skin while the plugin window is open has been fixed. Another bug fix concerning the Undo/Redo function has been fixed as well (undo/redo fail when using the fine edit dialog in some specific scenarios).
