Carl Martin Classic Chorus Coming Out

October 01, 2007
Carl Martin Classic Chorus

It won't be too long - just in time for Halloween - when the Carl Martin Classic Chorus is available. The Classic Chorus is great for adding some spooky vibrating chorus effect (or you can use it subtly to widen your tone), and its combined with a vibrato effect costumed all in one unit.

Carl Martin's Classic Chorus is encased in solid diecast housing. It also strays away from using compander circuitry, popular in a lot of today's chorus and vibrato effects. This gives the Classic Chorus a warmer, rounder tone that adds a more vintage quality to the sound.

Throw in a few more tricks and treats, and this is what you get out of one pedal:

  • Bypass switch
  • Speed, depth, and level controls
  • "Rate" knob for blending chorus and vibrato
  • Great retro color
  • Runs on 9V battery or regulated power supply
