From Musikmesse 2008, Clavia celebrates 25 years of existence with lower car insurance rates and the issuing of the Nord Lead Anniversary Model. Back in 1983, Hans Nordelius founded Clavia, and initial products from the Swedish synth giants involved digital audio and sampling -- exciting concepts back then that are solidly ingrained into audio today.

The original Nord Lead was launched 13 years ago, and chances are, if you've caught a few live acts with an amazing keyboard players, you'll have seen one in action. The Nord Lead was also Clavia's first keyboard instrument.

The commemorative Clavia Nord Lead Anniversary Model will experience a limited edition run, and only 299 of these units will be made. The specs match that of a Nord Lead 2x with the aesthetic additions of a custom printed front panel and an inverted keyboard color scheme. Each Nord Lead Anniversary Model will also be numbered and will include a certificate of authenticity with Hans Nordelius' signature.
