DBZ Guitars Imperial Guitar: Setting Itself Upon The Throne Of The Electric Guitar Empire
Legendary guitar designer Dean B. Zelinsky is at it again. He probably has already caught the attention of the U.S. Fish Wildlife Service with the Croc Skin Bolero and had spread his wings with the edgy Bird Of Prey from his "Dark Side". Having yet to be satiated by the desire to go to the top of the guitar realm, Dean B. Zelinsky unleashes his regal masterpiece, the DBZ Guitars Imperial.
The Imperial imposes strength like no other guitar. Featuring classic stylings with a large body appeal, this guitar will instantly catch the attention of hollowbody guitar fans. To their surprise, however, the Imperial is a solidbody guitar possessing a body that has been carved down to 5/8" at its thinnest point. The result? A very natural-sounding electric guitar with tonal qualities worthy of its title. Its tremendous singing sound is the result of a contoured oversized body with a thin profile that tapers down to a 5/8" thin point. The tailpiece has been set back to allow for unparalleled sustain, unusual harmonic tricks, and smooth bends. To echo Dean B. Zelinsky's words, you can just imagine entire guitar to be one big soundboard that is full of vibrance and resonance unheard from most electric guitars.
The Imperial is available in both U.S.A. and Import models, and features a solid mahogany body, maple top, 22-fret set mahogany neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. Also featured in this guitar are custom DBZ private label humbucking pickups, Sperzel tuners, graphite saddles, and a DBZ engraved stop tailpiece. Another available for U.S.A. models would be a variety of exotic hardwoods.
