It's a sleek looking add-on to the D-Command -- just clip it on like a motorcycle sidecar or drive-in movie window-mounted snack tray. The P-Desk contains a custom Pro Tools keyboard, and provides room for your computer monitor and mouse.
The color-coded Pro Tools keyboard makes hot-key shortcuts second-nature, even for engineers not familiar with the Pro Tools environment (how are you not familiar with the Pro Tools environment yet?), and they keys can even be rearranged for Mac or PC control layouts. The keyboard's position on the desk can be situated in relation to the mousepad-space to accommodate left or right handed producers. Cabling can be easily routed through a rear port on the P-Desk, and the keyboard unit has two USB ports for easy connectivity.
