For some of you, the Fargen Mini Plex MK II Tube Guitar Amplifier was not mighty enough. Ergot Fargen releases the Fargen Mighty Plex MKII.

This 30 watt, hand-wired tube amplifier delivers high energy tube tone at low volume with a mix of great amp design, world class components and Kevin O'Conner Power Scaling technology. The power scaling circuit uses voltage manipulation (think variac) to control output volume and power tube overdrives without cutting high end frequencies like an attenuator does and allows you to run the amp anywhere from 30 watts down to below a 1/2 watt for the ultimate low volume jamming experience.

But the Mighty Plex has more on the loud end than the lower wattage Mini Plex -- for when you just have to rock (or is that "rawk?").

The Mighty Plex MKII 30 watt amp has that British high gain -classic rock tone with the help of the Fargen-patented Decade Switch technology. The Fargen Decade Switch gives three distinct classic sounds/gain structures and morphs between three completely different classic British preamp circuits (JTM45/PLEXI JMP/ JCM 800). These are the real deal circuits. NOT approximates. The amp is 19 3/4"W x 10"H x 10"D and weighs 29 pounds.
