FEA Labs 2-Channel Mixer: Companion Mixer Pedal For FEA Compressor Pedals
If your dual-band optical compressor pedals are feeling a bit lonely, add the companion FEA Labs 2-Channel Mixer pedal ($225 MSRP) to your setup. This new mixer pedal is designed to take advantage of the FEA compressor's dual output by combining the signal paths on the other end of the chain.
The mixer pedal includes variable phase control on channel 2 (hence the product's name) to minimize signal cancellation when out of phase signals are added together, and to adjust phase from between 0 and 180 degrees.
In addition to variable phase control, the mixer has a footswitch that enables the signal boost effect, which can be applied to either input channel or both channels. Select the desired signal boost by turning the three-position rotary switch, and adjust the boost level from +3 dB to +10 dB. An LED indicator will show when the boost is active.
Signal levels are monitored for internal clipping and not one but three LED indicators alert you to signals that are too hot. Another footswitch turns the second channel on or off, and of course, an LED indicator shows when the channel is active. The 2-Channel Mixer pedal is available directly from FEA Labs.

Thanks for the write-up!
I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the write-up on the press release. I would like to make one correction as your article, however. The article gives the impression that the mixer will only work with the FEA Dual Band Compressor pedals. While the mixer was engineered to compliment the dual band features of the FEA comp pedals, it is in no way restricted to use with that setup. It will work with any dual band effects chain setup and should provide a good solution for mixing the bands together.
Again, thanks for helping to spread the word about our new product. :~)
