Fender Band-Master Vintage Modified: WWJPSPT?

February 02, 2009
Fender Band-Master VM Winter NAMM 2009

Did you know that Fender discontinued their Band-Master line in 1974 after repeated complaints from fearful, confused and actual Band-Masters? That's not true at all, but what is true is that the new Fender Band-Master VM os the first time since 1974 that the Band-Master has been back in production, this time as part of the "Vintage Modified" series (unless you count the Bandmaster Reverb, which was produced until 1980; I don't, but only because I hate reverb).

As part of the VM series, the Fender Band-Master VM sports a versatile post-gain distortion EQ and a slew of on-board DSP effects (including reverb . . . ARRGGG!!!). Give 'em a listen!
