Fender Classic Series Phaser Is A Tubby Little Pedal With A Lot Of Personality

June 04, 2009
Fender Classic Series Phaser

The Fender Classic Series Phaser pedal has the power, among other things, to make Owen O'Malley go all Mars Volta in the Gearwire Studio... and god knows that hardly ever happens. So you are in for a treat as Owen lets loose on this sturdy, pretty little (not so little, really) number from Fender.

It has quite a range, we discover. But it is not fault free, as we also discover. Discover what I mean by watching the video!

Side note: sounds like our camera's mic pre is dying again. Sorry. The guitar sounds decent, so we figured it'd still be a worthy post

Presenter: Owen O'Malley and Gretchen Hasse, Gearwire.
Location: Gearwire Studio -- Chicago, IL

Gretchen Hasse is a media producer for Gearwire.
