Although it had some involvement at Winter NAMM 2008 (which Fishman is calling a "soft launch") the new Jerry Douglas Artist Series Aura Imaging pedal will make its official debut at Summer NAMM 2008. It was created in conjunction with Jerry Douglas, the m an New York Times referred to as "dobro's matchless contemporary master."

The pedal features 16 custom Fishman Aura images that Douglas uses specifically with resophonic guitars. The images were recorded using premier vintage mics and Class A discreet mic preamps. Volume, Blend and Image Select controls are all there in addition to a feedback fighting phase switch and a bypass foot switch.

Designed to be both rugged and elegant, the Jerry Douglas Aura Imaging pedal boasts 24-bit A/D/A and 32-bit internal processing. Needless to say, the audio quality on this pedal is very good.
