PC music production program FL Studio 7 is out, piling on hundreds of features and ensuring free updates for life for paying customers. A downloadable demo is available here and a partial feature list was covered in Gearwire a little while ago.

The release is touted as "Vista compatible", which could mean it was tested under Vista, but probably does not mean FL 7 was developed to take advantage of Vista's audio I/O improvements.

FL Studio is offered in a variety of flavors and price points. A large chart showing what is included in which flavor is located here , but the pricing bottom-line is:
