Gadow American Deluxe: Waiting For Gadow
July 23, 2008
Gadow Guitars is based out of Durham, North Carolina, a town known for raising up, taking its shirt off, twisting it 'round its hand and then subsequently spinning it in similar fashion to that of the propeller from a moving helicopter. Other clues, like the name of their newest guitar, The American Deluxe, should give away that these bad boys are built in the U.S. of A.
The American Deluxe pushes all of its chips into the pot, improving upon The American with some new improvements. Gone is the poplar body of the American, replaced by sturdy mahogany with a figured maple top. The coup de gras (read literally: cup of fat), however, is the inclusion of Gadow Custom Handwound Pickups.
