Gator G-Broadcaster Field Recorder Case: Size Matters Not To The A/V Club
Field records: they're pretty convenient, right? Self contained, portable digital recording studios, typically with surprisingly detailed built-in microphones and hours upon hours worth of audio storage. And if you want to realize the full potential of your field recorder, most have scores of accessories like external mics, windscreen, additional removable memory, tripods, etc, etc, etc. That's where the porting your recorder becomes less than convenient. It's also, coincidentally, where the Gator G-Broadcaster Filed Recorder Case comes in.
Your first question for the the G-Broadcaster might be "do you come in multiple sizes?" TO which the G-Broadcaster would respond "no, I'm one-size fits all," to which you would then say "OH MY GOD I'M HALLUCINATING THAT A FILED RECORDER CASE IS TALKING TO ME!!!!!" Turns out, however, your hallucinations are pretty accurate: the G-Broadcaster does accommodate multiple filed recorder sizes, thanks to its dual internal recorder storage cavities, one large, one small. Which ever pocket is not in use can be used for additional accessories, and there are two tubular (dude) cavities for external microphone storage.
Other features include:
- Viewable window to see recorder control panel while in bag
- Polyurethane foam protection
- Side access pockets for external cable entry
- Adjustable shoulder strap
- 600-Denier nylon black exterior
- #10 Zippers
