Gibson Dusk Tiger, New Pictures: Guitar Of Omens, Give Me Sight Beyond Sight!
More pictures of the "The Most Astounding Innovation In The History Of The Guitar" have emerged online. The Gibson Dusk Tiger (which, according to MusicRadar.com will have a limited run of 1000 units, a list price of £2,799, and will start shipping 7 December) uses the Les Paul's profile as its jumping off point. It also retains some of the features introduced with the Dark fire -- like the ability to split each string off into a separate output via firewire, robot tuning, etc. -- and adds a few new tech-y features:
- Programmable active four-band parametric EQ systems for both the magnetic and the piezo pickups.
- Improved Chameleon Tone software.
- New removable battery design with external charger (no longer charges when plugged in -- the batteries were a significant issue with the first-run Dark Fires).
- Switchable LP-Z High Definition Impedance circuit (low impedance capabilities) built into improved Neutrik combi-jack.
The Dusk Tiger will be launched stateside at an event featuring Puddle of Mudd, a band not know for their innovation. Also, Monster Energy Drink will be sponsoring. The hell? Are they marketing the Dusk Tiger to WWE fans?

WOW does this Guitar play it's self? I have a Epiphone Lucille and I love it.. The Root's did not play the guitar? Maybe it play's by it's self and did not want to play that day ..lol and does it really work as well
as they say!
But GIBSON you do make some nice Guitar's and can't wait to get a Gibson Lucille..
