Gretsch introduced its latest signature-model guitar, the G6120 Eddie Cochran Signature Hollow Body. This elegant single-cutaway instrument combines features based directly on Cochran's main guitar (the orange Gretsch 6120 Chet Atkins hollow body guitar) with some modern updates.  

Gretsch introduced the G6128T-GH George Harrison Signature Duo Jet, a modeled remake of the legendary Beatles' player's "first real decent guitar" (Harrison's words). The new guitar features a lightweight mid-’50s-style chambered body, all-black color scheme, Bigsby B3C tailpiece with a black Phillips head tremolo arm pivot bolt, and more.  

Depending on who you are, this guitar's looks scream either "Brian Setzer" or "Wedding Band." But if you ask us, the Gretsch G5120 Electromatic Hollowbody simply screams.  

Say hello to the new artist guitar from Gretsch -- the G6120DE Duane Eddy Signature Hollow Body guitar pays homage to the rock 'n' roll innovator with features based directly on Eddy's original 1957 G6120 model combined with modern Gretsch features.

Collectors of Beatles memorabilia and guitarists with $20K to drop will want to check out the new Gretsch Custom Shop G6128T-GH George Harrison "Tribute" Duo Jet guitar, a limited-edition replica of Harrison's guitar played from the summer of 1961 through the spring of 1963.  

Chet Atkins, Brian Setzer, Tim Armstrong. . .there's a certain logic to that progression, and even if there isn't the new Gretsch G5191BK Tim Armstrong Signature Guitar is a mean axe that's sure to command the respect of any Gretsch aficionado. It was introduced at Winter NAMM 2010.

Gearwire is saddened to report the passing of rock 'n roll originator Bo Diddley. One of the most influential guitarists in rock history, Bo's signature rhythms have been used time and time again.
