Hammerax notes that the 12" and 9" Ultraviolet splashes are crisp, complex, and brilliant -- some of the brightest and richest on the market. Lastly, the 13" and 15" Ultraviolet hi-hats are said to be powerful, rich, and bright.
Handmade in the United States, all Ultraviolet cymbals are designed for a wide range of volumes, from a whispering sizzling ride sound to a cutting crash. Hammerax suggests that drummers try mixing bright and dark sounds in the same kit, so that they can enhance and increase the overall color and volume of their kit.
