Hammond Leslie 3300: Just The Music
August 14, 2007
The Hammond Leslie 3300 has an instantly recognizable, classic sound, and Gearwire caught it in action at Summer NAMM 2007. Ever wonder what one of these looks like in action, up close? Check out the see-through model on the Summer NAMM floor! The Hammond Leslie 3300 is a single-channel with a two-speed horn rotor, plus a bass rotor with a 15 inch woofer. The Leslie 3300 is powered with a 300-Watt RMS solid-state amplifier with a vacuum tube preamp. Hammond says the Leslie 3300 can be connected to most electronic organs and keyboards currently on the market. See all the spinning, and hear those fabulous Hammond Organ tones in our "just the music" exclusive demo video shot on the floor of Summer NAMM 2007.
