Thomas Blug and Raoul Walton were doing some jams at the Hughes and Kettner booth at this years Musikmesse. Thomas is a well known guitarist in Europe and it was great to hear some of his licks while we were out there. Check out the video to hear some of the sounds these guys coax out of their Hughes and Kettner amps. Shot live from the floor of MusikMesse 2007 in Frankfurt.

Hughes and Kettner Customer Service Sucks
I am warning everyone! If you buy a Hughes and Kettner product and it breaks, you are going to be bummed out and pissed off. They dont return emails they dont answer the phone (usually) and when you do get through the staff starts throwing insults at you. That clown "Jim" does not care about solving your problem, he just hangs up on you when you ask for some help. Folks, buy ANYTHING BUT HUGHES AND KETTNER!!!!! Do a little web research, you'll see Hughes and Kettner makes flawed products and does no quality control. Dont waste your money.
