Without digging too deeply into pop-psychology, there's nothing I fond quite so attractive as an instrument tastefully bound in pearl. That's what drew my eye to the Ibanez SRX470 Bass, one of the many new bass offerings at the Ibanez booth at Winter NAMM 2009.

FYI: I know the old adage of "who(m)ever denied it supplied it" as well as any of you, but that's not what I'm talking about in this video. Some dude knocked a guitar off it's display behind me. . . I swear.
