Soon, IK Multimedia will be launching yet another iOS app -- DJ Rig. IK Multimedia DJ Rig is a full-featured, double-deck DJ mixing app for iPhone and iPod touch, which provides instant song play from the iPhone's music library, plus tempo sync, sample-based pads, performance recording, and a slew of DJ effects. DJ Rig joins iRig Mic Cast, iRig Stomp, and iRig MIX in the company's new line of portable devices and apps for mobile DJs and musicians.

DJ Rig offers professional features, including some that are not found in any other app, IK Multimedia says. For example, DJ Rig's X-Sync mode allows anybody to synchronize the app audio automatically with any other external audio source.
