Image-Line Drumaxx: Virtual Drum Instrument Released
Take virtual drumming to the max with Image-Line Drumaxx (Mac / Win), a new virtual drum instrument.
Drumaxx has 16 physically modeled drum pads, multiple outputs for individual effects processing on each pad, an integrated step-sequencer with trigger-key playback, integrated effects, numerous modeling possibilities covering sounds from cymbals to kettle-drums, and a Velocity modulation matrix for adding realistic expression. A single-pad version Drumpad is also available for use with FL Studio.
The new instrument uses exclusive modeling algorithms to create bass drums, hi-hats, snares, and both realistic and electronic sounds, not to mention the ever important cymbals and metallic percussion as well. Drumaxx provides control over multiple parameters, such as material, thickness, tension, and shape. What's more, the parameters can be modulated in real-time as a function of Velocity or external controls. The drum body may also be controlled and customized for body material, size, vibration damping, and shape.
Drumaxx is available now as a standalone instrument and in VST and Audio Units formats, as a “pay what you think it’s worth, so long as its worth meets the minimum overhead fee of $13” model until March 31, 2010. Learn more at image-line.com.

Drumaxx rocks!
This is a great plugin I have been beta-testing it for weeks and Image-Line finally released it.
The pay what you want idea is awesome, this really is a no-brainer!
