Best known for their affordable and effective audio restoration software, iZotope also produces a few plugins aimed more at the tracking and mixing processes. Falling into the latter category is the new iZotope Nectar plugin, an all-in-one suite of processing modules aimed at enhancing and correcting less-than-perfect vocal recordings.

We took a look at iZotope Nectar on the day of its official release at the 129th AES show in San Francisco. Nectar looks to be a very cleverly designed interface, with genre presets calling up differing configurations of processing modules instead of dictating specific parameter settings.
