Keith McMillen Instruments SoftStep: In More Ways Than One, A More Flexible Foot Controller (Video)

We weren't sure if Keith McMillen would even deign to speak with us after our Batt-O-Meter video, but speak with us he did about the new Keth McMillen Instruments SoftStep, now in production.
The SoftStep is a MIDI foot controller that represents the solution to many of the frustrations Keith had with currently available MIDI foot controllers. This compact, lightweight unit is expandable, flexible, and customizable via some very friendly-looking software. We got the low down on the SoftStep from Mr. McMillen at the recent NAMM Show.
Speaking of which, both the SoftStep and the Batt-O-Meter were honored with Best In Show awards for Winter NAMM 2010. Congrats, guys!
