Don Lace from Lace Music shows off his company;s new products for 2011. If you love the sound of your Lace Alumitone Deathbuckers but are annoyed that they don't match your rhinestone-encrusted denim jacket, boy are you in for a treat.  

Lace Music Products debuted its Ultra Slim Acoustic Bass Pickup, a low-profile humbucking pickup for the bass guitar.  

Henry's SG Classic is a fine axe in every aspect. Only thing about the guitar that didn't meet his high standards was the less-than stellar bridge P-90. Now he's got the guitar loaded with a Lace PS-905, a pickup with improved articulation, output, and is noiseless to boot! Hear it in this demo.

Gleaming white and determined to keep the world safe from 60-cycle-hum, the Lace Sensor Holy Grail and Lace Sensor Hot Gold noiseless single coil pickups are like the Jacob (or Jack or Hurley) of the pickup world. That would make the Lace Alumitone Deathbucker the Man in Black / Smoke Monster / impostor John Locke / impostor Christian Shepherd / impostor Isabella / impostor Danielle Rousseau / impostor Yemi / imposter Walt / impostor Alex / possibly impostor female Medusa Spiders (and the pre-loaded pickguard the Island / purgatory (just kidding about the purgatory bit).  

In an attempt to get that impressive guitar sound, active pickups have been sought by guitarists. However, the hassle of additional weight and the constant need for batteries have long been an annoyance. Could the Lace Alumitone Deathbucker be the end of active pickup tyranny?  

Lace has applied their Alumitone pickup design to the electric bass to produce soapbar-style pickups that are quieter, lighter, and more aluminumy than the competition.  

Lace has announced two new additions to the Lace Sensor line of pickups. The Emerald Sensor and Purple Sensor have tones that fit together so well, they're even going to be packaged together as two parts of a three pickup "Super Pack."
