Laney VC30-212 Is Like Goldilocks In Ways You Don't Want to Know
January 09, 2009
Filled with "Goldilocks" tube-driven reverb, among other things, the Laney VC30-212 joins Owen in the Gearwire Studio for an innocent romp among the daffodils of tone. It's a good punk rock amp, too, thanks to the big, nasty distortion. It's like a Randy Johnson heater right under the chin, but play it clean (with bright switch or without), and it's as smooth as a Bert Blyleven curveball.

great review
the vc15 is also pretty great. and it doesn't have any reliability issues like everyone says. I've had mine for 3 years still going strong. they are kind of expensive in the US though. you can get them really really cheap in the UK.
Beard
Your beard gets longer the more gear you demo man! Far out!! :-)
