We check out the Lauten Audio LT-381 Oceanus extra large diaphragm vocal mic with six switchable polar patterns (cardioid, omni, and figure-of-eight as well as some 'tweeners). It features vacuum tube inputs and outputs as well as a military grade NOS tube. Why would Lauten Audio need a military grade tube? Just who's military are they grading?
