Scott Rockenfield, founder and drummer of the multi-Platinum rock band Queensryche has joined forces with Loopmasters to release Scott Rockenfield Rock Drums, a sample library featuring authentic rock drum samples by the one and only.

This 650 MB collection of original rock drum samples is available royalty-free for multi-genre producers and the like. Scott Rockenfield Rock Drums offers the real sound of rock drums, with some of Rockenfield's favorite rhythms and beats performed on his preferred rock kits.

All in all, the new sample library includes 5 full recorded tracks split into 60 stereo loops with all the necessary song parts (intro, verse, chorus, bridge, fills, and so forth). In addition, the library offers 165 multitrack loops; 60 bonus drum loops from the recording sessions; 76 single drum samples; and 6 kits pre-mapped for software samplers such as Reason NNXT, HALion, EXS, SFZ, and Kontakt. The pack is also available in Apple Loops format, Reason ReFill, and as an Ableton Live Pack.
