A look at the Marshall MXL USB 006 microphone from AES 2006 in San Francisco
Marshall presents the MXL USB 006, a class compliant USB mic, aimed at general-use consumers, podcasters, and home studio dabblers. The Marshall/MXL rep says the USB 006 mic sounds comparable to other MXL studio mics thanks to a gold-plated diaphragm, and the fact that the USB 006 operates at 48 volts over a USB connection!
