Michael Kelly Nostalgia Series

While electric guitars are all about power and impact, nothing quite realizes delicateness and clarity like an acoustic guitar. This is one reason why new acoustic guitar models are much looked out for. A highly anticipated release, the Michael Kelly Nostalgia Series of six acoustic guitars are now being shipped out to stores.

For lovers of the dreadnought body type, the Nostalgia 2 (270 USD retail) will fit the bill. It is a classic full-sized dreadnought guitar with Mahogany back and sides, a laminated Spruce top, a bound Rosewood fingerboard, and diecast tuners. Long-term stability is catered by a dovetail neck joint. A fitted hardshell case is part of the package to seal the deal.

The Nostalgia Folk 2 (270 USD retail) has a smaller profile than the Nostalgia 2 but still sports a similar dreadnought design. Boasting a balanced clear tone with good definition, the Nostalgia Folk 2 is built with Mahogany back and sides, a laminated Spruce top and a bound Rosewood fingerboard. This also comes with a fitted hardshell case.

The Nostalgia Folk 2 C (400 USD retail)allows you to plug in and get amplified courtesy of its built-in Fishman Ion preamp system. It bears a folk cutaway body to allow easier access to higher frets and exhibits the dovetail neck joint construction and the same woods as the Folk 2. Traveling with this guitar leaves you worry free as it comes with a fitted hardshell case.

For those who want a full-sized dreadnought with a cutaway, the Nostalgia 10 CE (410 USD retail) has got you covered. Featuring a laminated Spruce top, Mahogany back, sides, and neck, Rosewood fretboard, and a built-in Michael Kelly AO3T preamp with 3-band EQ and tuner, this guitar covers every musical need you have whether live, recording, or private rehearsal.

The Nostalgia 50S (460 USD retail) is that dreamy dreadnought-style guitar you would want to lay your hands on. Made with a solid Sitka Spruce top, East Indian Rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, rosewood fretboard, dovetail neck joint construction, and Grover "Butter Bean" tuners, this guitar is bound to send you to unexplainable highs.

A Michael Kelly first, the Nostalgia 60 SJCE (660 USD retail) is a jumbo model with a cutaway that is top of the line. With inspiring tone and stunning beauty courtesy of Flame Maple back and sides, a solid Sitka Spruce top, Abalone soundhole rosette and Rosewood binding, this guitar pulls out all the stops to further inspire you. Add to that a `Fishman® Classic 4T™ preamp with tuner, you will end up an acoustic guitar spoiled brat once you get into this.
