MusicWorks Interactive Finale 2010 DVD Tutorial

October 28, 2009
MusicWorks Interactive has released the specialized video tutorial, The Finale 2010 Tutorial DVD-ROM.

MakeMusic didn't waste any time in releasing its Finale 2010 notation software months ahead of the new year, and neither did MusicWorks Interactive in releasing the specialized video tutorial, The Finale 2010 Tutorial DVD-ROM (Mac / Win; $49.95 MSRP).

This tutorial for Finale 2010 includes nine hours of video instruction and would be a welcome guide for teachers, students, composers, orchestrators, and other musicians who use and create sheet music.

Composer and Finale expert Paul Gilreath conducts the tutorial with step-by-step explanations on every topic from beginning to advanced. The video presentations, captured in a large 960 x 600 format, run in a custom Flash player, so it's not necessary to install anything other than Flash. You'll see live-action screen captures along with superimposed live videos that demonstrate the accompanying computer and MIDI keyboard keystrokes in a "hands-on" fashion.
