MystSonic Chinese Zither-GuZheng: There's No Zither Like MystSonic Chinese Zither
If you're unfamiliar with MystSonic, they're a company that fulfills the area of the virtual instrument market where many fear to tread. MystSonic continues their unleashing of rare Chinese instruments with Chinese Zither-GuZheng. Although, seeing as how China has a population of over one billion, is it really fair to call their instruments "rare?"
Nevertheless, the Chinese Zither-GuZheng is a plucking style instrument with over 2,500 years of history, or for those of you who aren't math fans, it's older than Jesus. The Zither-GuZheng is somewhat harp-like, but it's more lucid and clear because harps are oftentimes drunk and belligerent.
With MystSonic's software representation of the Chinese Zither-GuZheng is expanded for use with a MIDI keyboard. Play any scale or style by using a note key to signal tremolo start and use the mod wheel for tremolo motion changes. Tremolo motion -- try saying that five times fast! And speaking of fast . . .
Fast Features:

- Assignable controller for realtime keymap switch between bridge tone and body tone
